IT Project Manager
The duties are the following:
- Developing an IT Product strategy, defining the product goals, vision and roadmap
- Leading IT Product development process from concept to launch
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT engineers, designers and marketers to ensure the company meets customer needs and business objectives
- Conducting market analysis to identify latest market trends, customers needs and competitive environment in order to make informed product decisions
- Defining IT Product requirements and communicating them to the development team
- Overseeing project management processes and ensuring they are on track and meeting the set milestones
- Providing guidance and support for successful teamwork
- Conducting testing and quality control processes to minimise defects and issues
- Ensuring that IT Product complies with regulations and security standards
- Employing creative thinking and exploring new technologies and solutions
Skills, experience and qualifications required
- IT Product management experience
- Industry knowledge, in-depth understanding of the IT sector, technologies and trends
- Experience in software development for logistics and transportation industry (Fleet management systems, Supply chain management software, Transportation management systems)
- Knowledge of regional market specifics, experience in sales and marketing strategies in Post Soviet states (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan)
- Ability to define a clear product strategy which aligns with the company goals, and communicate it to the team
- Skills in creating and managing IT Product roadmaps, setting priorities and making efficient decisions
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a cross-functional team towards achieving the set goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective decision making skills
- The capacity to adapt to changing circumstances in dynamic and competitive environments
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions
- Entrepreneurial spirit, search of creative solutions
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £50,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
